Although it has been more than a century since the Civil War, African-Americans still face discriminatory practices in all walks of life, ranging from how students are treated in our schools, to practices in the employment and housing sectors, which consistently prevent African-Americans from achieving access to upwardly mobile opportunities in our society. Our office has been successful in litigating with both corporate entities and the government in challenging these practices.
