Rollover accidents are far more likely
to cause serious injuries than are other types of accidents.
In addition, rollover accidents have a much higher fatality
rate. Unfortunately, the preponderance of sport utility
vehicles (SUVs) and vans on the road has led to a higher
number of rollover accidents. SUVs and vans are more
prone to rollovers because of their higher center of
gravity. Unfortunately, many such vehicles also offer
limited roof crush protection, increasing the risk of
driver and passenger injury during a rollover crash.
In addition, school vans are also prone to rollover
accidents. We expect that our children will be well
cared-for and safe in the hands of school officials
and in school equipment or vehicles. If our children’s
safety is compromised, it can be devastating. If you
or your loved one has been injured in a rollover accident,
we can help.
